Vishwa Shanti Yoga School conducts 10 Days Intensive Asana and Meditation Course – Sadhana for the Yoga practitioners as well as the beginners. The dates on monthly calendar for Sadhana Course are – 1 to 10 and 15 to 25 each month.
Sadhana is an ancient yogic purification practice and yogic path, with the purpose of cleansing the mind and body to gain deeper understanding and wisdom. It is an ego-transcending practice whereby the practitioner achieve non-attachment and freedom from worldly desires. Sadhana is an efficient tool for improving capability and increased spiritual consciousness in all parts of human life.
The course’s schedule is very intense and participants are expected to make a sincere commitment to the practice during the whole of the stay.
